Pasif soğutmalı FIO Controller 328, güçlü bir Raspberry Pi CM 4 ile donatılmıştır. Kalıcı veriler dahil olmak üzere geniş bellek kapasitesi, CODESYS PLC uygulamaları için idealdir. USB 3.0 arayüzleri, çıkarılabilir depolama ortamlarının veya harici çevre birimlerinin kullanımına olanak tanır. Veriler, EtherCAT veya Modbus TCP gibi entegre Endüstriyel Ethernet arayüzleri aracılığıyla diğer sistemlerle paylaşılabilir. Alternatif olarak, OPC UA bir IOT protokolü olarak kullanılabilir.Kontrolör, yan taraftaki E-bus bağlantısı aracılığıyla Kuhnke FIO serisinden EtherCAT I/O modülleri ile esnek bir şekilde genişletilebilir. Ek merkezi olmayan EtherCAT cihazları, EtherCAT OUT bağlantısı aracılığıyla doğrudan 328 kontrolöre bağlanır.
