Kuhnke FIO Controller 111, ARM tabanlı düşük maliyetli bir PLC’dir. CODESYS V3 ile programlanmıştır mekanik ve elektriksel olarak homojen bir ünite oluşturmak için doğrudan takılabilen FIO I/O modülleriyle uyumludur. Diğer sistemlerle veri alışverişi endüstriyel Ethernet, CAN ve RS485 üzerinden yapılabilir. Çok sayıda arabirim (Endüstriyel Ethernet, CAN), desteklenen fieldbus’lar ve takılabilir iletişim modülleri ile mevcut kontrol konseptlerine kolayca entegre edilebilir. Yerleşik bir µSD kart yuvası, proses verilerinin yerel olarak depolanmasına ve uygulama programlarının değiş tokuşuna izin verir. Hızlı sayaçlar, analog IO’lar, darbe çıkışları (PTO) ve enkoder girişleri dahil olmak üzere entegre yapılandırılabilir IO’lar aracılığıyla çok sayıda ek fonksiyon, örn. 2 senkronize eksenin kontrolü, maliyet açısından optimize edilmiş bir şekilde gerçekleştirilebilir.
